Gerald Burns Pharmacy was opened over 55 years ago and is a trusted part of the Bicton community. Owner/Pharmacist Amanda Bryce purchased the pharmacy from Gerald Burns in 2008 and has maintained the personal touch Gerald was renowned for while focusing on preventative health.


As a proudly independent chemist we take great pride in being able to offer our customers unique health focused products and services we think you’ll be interested to know more about.


Our focus has and always will be preventative health. Combining this with expert knowledge and exceptional service we are able to provide our customers with the very best outcomes possible and make a difference to their lives.


A genuine interest and care for our customers health is paramount and a quality proudly reflected in all our staff.

We have a strong social awareness of health issues and take great pride in bringing these to the public’s attention. 


We also regularly participate in key events and charities in the community in order to contribute to and better help our customers. Examples include Diabetes Awareness, Breast Cancer Month, and Asthma Awareness.
